Orders of three or more keepsakes or delivery to multiple addresses will be provided with a custom postage quote.

Orders are best received via www.facebook.com/sleepystitches  however may also be placed via emailing sleepystitcheskeepsakes@gmail.com. If you would like to collaborate on the design of your keepsake, have specific design requests or are unsure on your clothing selection please feel free send along some pictures of your clothing with your initial enquiry so we can chat! Once your order details are confirmed, an invoice will be sent to your nominated email address. Postage address and payment details will be included within. Before your order is commenced you will also receive a hand-drawn sketch of your keepsake so you have the opportunity to comment on the design and clothing placement. Turn around is usually 4-6 weeks from arrival of your clothing. 

Two items of adult sized clothing or six items of baby wear (size 000 or less) usually provide enough fabric to make one animal keepsake. Stretch fabrics, non-stretch fabrics, faux furs and even knits may be combined into the one keepsake without issue. If you would like to include clothing of various sizes, order multiple keepsakes or are unsure of your clothing selection please feel free to send me a message to confirm. Left over fabric scraps or unused clothing items are always returned upon request.

All keepsake animals come with machine embroidered eyes free of charge. Custom embroidered lettering may be added for $20

Flower-shaped pillows are also available. These decorative pillows measure ~40 cm across and can be made in eight petal or ten petal varieties. A ten petal pillow may be made from up to 22 items of clothing (different fabric for each petal front and back plus two centre circles).

Sleepy Stitches keepsakes are intended for DISPLAY ONLY,  so please remember to treat your keepsake as a ‘shelfie’ and not a ‘plushie’.  Keepsakes made from clothing cannot go through the strict safety testing required of 'toys' and may contain small parts (buttons, bows, felt noses etc) which pose a hazard to small children. Spot clean only.
